PAY_EG_T5F99P6 - Define Sanction Structure

In this Customizing activity, you define the punishments that employees receive for committing the offenses defined in the previous Customizing activity.

You do this by defining the sanction groups, sanction types, and offense sanction measures.

For example, you can define a sanction group called Attendance Offense Sanctions and then create sanction types related to this sanction group, such as Late by 30 Minutes and Late by 1 Hour. You can then specify the punishment for the sanction types.

Note: For the offense sanction measures view, you do not have to maintain the Offense field if the offense type is specified as points.
