In this activity, you define the committees who are authorized to create sanction records and related punishments, and also additional punishments if required.

For example, if an employee is late by 1 hour, the HR Committee might decide to issue a punishment. In addition, if the lateness of the employee also caused a project to fail for the sales department, perhaps the Sales Department Committee also want to punish the employee.
