In this Customizing activity you choose the behavior of report Payroll Spain (RPCALCE0) in respect to the unpaid leave days when generating specific payrolls, as described below:

  • Situation Edit PSS days in payroll (SPSSD) describes the behavior of report RPCALCE0 when generating wage types Non-industrial risk contribution basis (/302) and IA and ID risks contribution basis (/303) in this following case:
  • The employee has several absence recordings per unpaid leave (subtype 4200) in infotype Absences (2001).

  • One single absence recording in infotype 2001 is not possible.

  • Situation Edit PSS days in apportioning (SPSSP) describes the system behavior when generation wage type Apportioning in the month of entry (/34A).

SAP delivers situations SPSSD and SPSSP with the standard value 0.

  1. Choose the SPSSD situation with one of the following options:
  • 0 - Drill down

Report RPCALCE0 considers each absence recording in infotype 2001 individually and generates one wage type /302 and one wage type /303 for each recording.
  • 1 - Collect

Report RPCALCE0 considers each absence recording in infotype 2001 individually and generates one wage type /302 and one wage type /303 for each recording.
  1. Choose the SPSSP situation with one of the following options:
  • 0 - Drill down

Report RPCALCE0 discounts the unpaid leave days when generating wage type /34A.
  • 1 - No discount

Report RPCALCE0 does not discount the unpaid leave days when generating wage type /34A and considers them as working days.
  1. Delimit the validity and save your entries.
