The ETI segment (process labels) of the CRA message contains the administrative data of the file transfer.

In this Customizing activity you define the possible values for two fields of the ETI segment: Message syntax identifier and Process syntax identifier. The values of the said fields are stored in the view cluster Specify HR attribute (VC_T799BATTRIB01).

Report CRA: Paid Compensation Items (RPC_PAYES_CRA) displays the values set in fields Msg. syntax ID and Proc. syntax ID, where you choose the values for the corresponding fields in the ETI segment.

In view cluster VC_T799BATTRIB01, the following attributes are relevant for the ETI segment:

  • Attributes AT_CRA_SINTMENS and AT_CRA_SINTPROC define the standard values for fields Msg. syntax ID and Proc. syntax IDof report RPA_PAYES_CRA. When you enter the report, the said values will automatically appear in the fields.
  • Attributes AT_CRA_SINTMF4 and AT_CRA_SINTPF4 define the possible help values for entries in fields Msg. syntax ID and Proc. syntax ID. in report RPA_PAYES_CRA. When you choose F4 for each field, the said values will appear in the dialog box.

In the standard system, you find setup templates for the values in view cluster VC_T799BATTRIB01, HCM Localization 04. To revise them, choose one of the following attributes in folder Specify HR attributes:

  • AT_CRA_SINTMF4
  • AT_CRA_SINTPF4

Then, go to folder Specify fixed values: there you will find the parameterization of the selected attribute.

  1. In view cluster VC_T799BATTRIB01, access the HCM Localization 04.
  2. Choose one the following attributes:
  • AT_CRA_SINTMENS

  • AT_CRA_SINTMF4

  • AT_CRA_SINTPF4

  • AT_CRA_SINTPROC

  1. Access folder Specify fixed values and enter the possible values.
  2. Limit the validity and save your entries.
