PAY_ES_CRA03 - Define arrears concept by date type

It is possible that in the CRA message for run type Arrears some employees contain arrears concepts different to the concept entered in the selection screen of report CRA: Paid Compensation Item (RPC_PAYES_CRA)
In this case, the system finds out which employees have field SurchExmp. selected in infotype Social Insurance (0061) and searches for a date type in infotype Date Specifications (0041) for those employees.
In this Customizing activity, you enter the correspondence between the date types in infotype 0041 and the arrears concepts for run type Arrears. The system uses the information that you enter to generate message CAR with the different arrears concepts for the corresponding employees.
In the report selection screen RPC_PAYES_CRA, you must have selected Surcharge exemption for IT0061 to activate the search by employee with different arrears concepts.
In the standard system you find parameterization models for arrears concepts 0009, 0010 and 0011.
- Select HCM Localization 04 and the HR attribute group CRA_CONFIG_EX.
- For HR attributes AT_CRA_DTTY_0008 and AT_CRA_DTTY_0012 enter the corresponding date type of infotype 0041 in field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
- For HR attributes AT_CRA_DTTY_0009, AT_CRA_DTTY_0010 and AT_CRA_DTTY_0011, check whether the standard setting is valid for the company needs. If it is not valid, enter the corresponding date type of infotype 0041 in field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
- Save your entries.
