PAY_ES_CRETA_BASES03 - Change settings to generate base file
General Data in Customer Master ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plansThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Within this Customizing activity, you can change the parameter setting for the different phases to run the report SLD: database file (RPC_PAYES_CRETA_BASES). The setup defines how the fields are filled in and the way the information requested by the file is generated.
The settings of the bases file contains single and complex attributes. The simple attributes are in the view cluster Specify HR attributes and HR attribute types (VC_T799BATTRIB01). The said attributes are and are used as:
Attribute | Use |
---|---|
AT_CRETA_AUTH | Contains the authorization key used by the bases file |
report. This information is changed in the complex attribute | |
CL_CRETA_REPORT. This attribute accepts up to eight characters, | |
and their values are available in field Authorization | |
key of the bases file report. | |
AT_CRETA_DATTY_C | Contains all the items valid for the C data type |
(Concept). This attribute accepts up to four characters. | |
AT_CRETA_DATTY_H | Contains all the items valid for the H data type |
(Hours). This attribute accepts up to four characters. | |
AT_CRETA_DATTY_I | Contains all the items valid for the I data type |
(Indicators). This attribute accepts up to four characters. | |
AT_CRETA_EXCCON | Contains the current item of the contribution basis for labor |
risk and the item that has to substitute the current item. It is | |
relevant if field work-related illness/accident ind. is marked in the Customizing | |
activity CAC time-dependent characteristics. | |
This information is changed in the complex attribute | |
CL_CRETA_CONCEPT. This attribute accepts up to four | |
characters. | |
AT_CRETA_VERS_V1 | Specifies if your bases file is in beta version (zero |
attribute value) or in version 1 (attribute value X). This | |
information is changed in the complex attribute | |
CL_CRETA_REPORT. This attribute accepts values X or zero. | |
AT_CRETA_SMOD | Contains the standard contributions groups that generate |
indicator Salary type (51). This attribute accepts two numeric | |
digits. | |
AT_CRETA_SMOD_AT | Contains the standard contribution groups that generate indicator |
Salary Type (51) different to the groups of attribute (51) diferentes de los grupos del atributo | |
AT_CRETA_SMOD This information is changed in the complex attribute | |
CL_CRETA_REPORT. This attribute accepts the | |
name of attribute AT_CRETA_SMOD. | |
AT_CRETA_SS_BENE | Contains the standard items of TI compensation non-industrial |
disease, used if field Exclusion of temporary | |
disability is selected for the employee CAC in | |
Customizing activity CAC time-dependent characteristics. | |
This attribute accepts up to four characters. | |
AT_CRETA_BENE_AT | Contains the standard items of TI compensation non-industrial disease |
that are different to the items of attribute AT_CRETA_SS_BENE. | |
This information is changed in the complex attribute | |
CL_CRETA_REPORT. This attribute accepts the name of the attribute | |
AT_CRETA_SS_BENE. | |
AT_CRETA_STAT | Contains the standard inactive occupational status. This attribute |
accepts one character. | |
AT_CRETA_STAT_AT | Contains the inactive occupation status different to the attribute |
status AT_CRETA_STAT. This information is changed in the | |
complex attribute CL_CRETA_REPORT. This attribute accepts the | |
name of attribute AT_CRETA_STAT. | |
The complex attributes are in the view cluster Specify HR groups and attribute values (VC_T799BATTRIB03C). The said attributes are and are used as:
CL_CRETA_CONCEPT | Contains the possible values for contribution items. The |
attribute CL_CRETA_CONCEPT is related to the attribute groups | |
(for example, CRETA_CONCEP_601) that specify the current | |
contribution item. Each attribute group is related to the | |
simple attribute AT_CRETA_EXCCON, whose value specifies the | |
item that has to substitute the current contribution item. | |
This attribute accepts the values of the simple attribute to whom it is | |
related. | |
CL_CRETA_REPORT | It contains the possible values for other information requested by the |
bases file. Attribute CL_CRETA_REPORT is associated to | |
attribute group CRETA_CONFIG_EX, that, due to its shift, is | |
related to several simple attributes. This attribute accepts | |
the values of simple attributes to whom it is related. |
In the standard system, you find setting models for simple and complex attributes in the view cluster already mentioned in section Use.

- AT_CRETA_SMOD_AT
- AT_CRETA_SS_BENE
- AT_CRETA_STAT
- AT_CRETA_STAT_AT
- AT_CRETA_VERS_V1
- Access folder Specify fixed values and enter the possible values.
