Within the report SLD: bases file (RPC_PAYES_CRETA_BASES), you can indicate different reasons that employees must present the L03 settlement by using the field Surcharge exemption for IT0061. This field searches date types (infotype 0041) for all selected employees that have the value Wage increase in the SurchargeEx. field in the Social Insurance (0061) infotype.
In this Customizing activity, you associate the reasons for presenting the L03 settlement to date classes in the infotype Date specifications (0041) This way the system knows which reason applies to each employee when you select the field Surcharge exemption for IT0061.
Each HR attribute corresponds to a value that represents the reason for presenting the L03 in the following way:

| AT_SLD_I54_3 | Settlement agreement (3) |

| AT_SLD_I54_5 | Any other legitimate reason (5) |
- Associate a date class to each HR attribute in the column Adjustable value for HR attribute. Save your entries.
- Within the report SLD: bases file, select the field Surcharge exemption for IT0061.
