PAY_ES_CRETA_CALC01 - Specify concepts for calculation file

In this Customizing activity you define the concepts that are relevant for comparing the calculation file and the payroll. Therefore, you assign wage types to the cumulation wage types TT01 under the following partial applications:

• SLD calculations: basic concepts ( SFCB): specifies the relevant concepts for the contribution basis

• SLD calculations: employer contribution concepts ( SFCE): specifies the concepts that are relevant for the employer contribution.

• SLD calculations: employee contribution concepts ( SFCT): specifies the concepts that are relevant for the employee contribution.

In views V_T596I and V_T596J, for each one of the partial applications SFCB, SCFE and SFCT, there is a cumulation wage type called TT01 that specifies the total of the amounts of the contribution basis, of the company quota and of the quota paid by the employee respectively. Enter your wage types and link them to wage type TT01.

1. In activity Revise standard setting, choose HCM Localization 04, partial application SFCB, SCFE or SFCT. Check if the standard setting is valid for the needs of your company,
2. If the standard setting is not valid, access one of the following activities:

• Specify concepts for contribution basis

• Specify concepts for company quota

• Specify concepts for quota paid by employee

Choose cumulation wage types TT01 Enter the relevant wage type, the validity date and the calculation sign. Save your entries.

In your company, the company quota is made up by three wage types, two that are added and one that is subtracted. In activity Specify concepts for company quota, you enter the following values:
