In this Customizing activity, you define the system behavior in certain situations related to the Certific@2 report (RPCRT2E0). The statuses are taken from the view Assignment of options to statuses (V_T5EU3).

Define the following behaviors according to your needs:

Company Certificate: CAC(situation BCCCE)

The company certificate is a fundamental document for the recognition of the right to unemployment benefit (basically determining the amount of the benefit). There are cases in which a change of CAC generates payroll splits. The BCCCE situation defines if said splits should change the date of registration of a company certificate or not.

  • 0: CAC does no change the registration date
In this option, the registration date is not changed because of a split due to CAC change.
  • 1: CAC change date as registration
In this option, the registration date is changed using the CCC change date.

Contribution bases in the event of business certificate (BCERT situation)

By assigning the value corresponding to the BCERT situation, it will be possible to set the system so that exactly 180 days are taken as the contribution base for the calculation of unemployment benefits or, the last 6 months without adjustment to 180 days.

  • 0: Take 180 days exactly.
  • 1: Take the last 6 months without adjustment to 180 days.
  • 2: Take 180 days exactly, clust. result.

Choose the right option for your company. If no option is set, the system will use option 0, which is the SAP standard.

Certific@2: work center address and town (situation CRT01)

In the ERE procedure file for the application of Certific@2, you must include the address, province and town of the affected work center (tag <Datos_Trabajador_Afectado>).

This situation determines the source of information for the report Certific@2 (RPCRT2E0) in respect to the address, province and town of the affected work center.

  • 0: Same as main ER (V_T536A)
In option 0, report RPCRT2E0 reads the same information used for the address, province and town of the company or employer (tag <Datos_Empresa>). This information is in view Address(V_T536A). Option 00 is the standard option.
  • 1: Per personnel area (T500P)
In option 1, report RPCRT2E0 uses the information per personnel area in view Assignment of personnel are to company code (T500P).
  • 2: Per Soc. Insur. Center V_T5E12)
In option 2, report RPCRT2E0 uses the information per CAC in view Assignment of center for Social Insurance(V_T5E12).

Certific@2: Contract termination date in ERE procedures(situation CRT02)

The ERE procedure file for the application of Certific@2 must include the contract termination date (tag <FechaExtincion>).

This situation determines the source of information for the report Certific@2 (RPCRT2E0) in respect to the termination date.

  • 0: Suspension end date.
In option 0, report RPCRT2E0 reads the termination date in view Employment regulation files (V_T5ER1), according to the company CAC and the ERE number.
  • 1: Start date of IT0714
In option 1, report RPCRT2E0 reads the start date of infotype ERE data (0714).

Contribution bases in the event of ERE take 180 days (SEER0 status)

This constant describes the behavior of the system if the contribution basis in case of an ERE equals 180 days (constant SEERE = 0 Take 180 days exactly) and the payroll has not been run for the selected month.

The options indicate the month whose days are taken into account to divide the contribution basis. The possible options are:

  • 0: Use days of current month
In option 0, the system divides the basis by the number of days of the current month.
  • 1: Use days of previous month
In option 1, the system divides the basis by the number of days of the previous month.

In both options the system takes the contribution basis of the previous month.

Example

The employee has 5 ERE days in March, and the February basis is EUR 1500.

The calculation with option 0 are:

EUR 1500 * 5 days in March / 31 days in March = EUR 241.94

The calculations with option 1 are:

EUR 1500 * 5 days in March / 28 days in February = EUR 267.85

Contribution bases in event of ERE (SEERE status)

By assigning the value corresponding to this decision, it will be possible to set the system so that exactly 180 days are taken as the contribution base for the calculation of unemployment benefits or, the last 6 months without adjustment to 180 days.

  • Option 0: Take 180 days exactly.
  • Option 1: Take the last 6 months without adjustment to 180 days.
  • Option 2: Take 180 days exactly, clust. result.
  • Option 3: Take value from the basis configuration table for ERE.

Choose the right option for your company. If no option is set, the system will use option 0, which is the SAP standard.
