Run report SLD: Bases file (RPC_PAYES_CRETA_BASES) for an employee with concentrated working time in order to generate the file sent to the Direct Payment System (SLD). It is necessary to choose how the system will distribute the worked hours, taking into account the active and inactive periods.

Therefore, in this Customizing activity you define whether the system should use only the active periods, or both the active and inactive periods of the employee in the distribution.

You must have implemented the following methods of the BAdI: Control proposed data for the SDL bases file (HRPAYES_CRETA):

  • Define if an employee has concentrated working hours (GET_CONCENTRATED_JOURNEY_EE)
  • Search the periods of inactivity of the concentrated working hours (GET_CONCNT_JOURN_INACT_PERIODS)

Change the option of situation SLD:Distrib. of hours of concentrated working time. (DIHJC), in the table, according to your needs. The possible options are:

Option 00: Distribution by active periods

By choosing this option, the system distributes all the hours contained in the payroll and processes the bases file distributing them among the days of the active period. Add the total amount of active days and distribute among them the total amount of calculated hours.

When the total hours are distributed, if your distribution contains decimal, the system rounds the values and their correction will be made in the last bracket.

Option 01: Distribution by days in the period

By choosing this option, the hours will be distributed proportionally among all the days of the period and, at the end, the system multiplies the hours corresponding to the activity period and reports only the active period.
