TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3upThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You run report FIE messaje (RPU_PADES_FIE) for an employee with a temporary disability (IT), but an absence of a different type is reported. For example, the file reports the absence data as a work accident while the absence is saved as a non-industrial desease.
Therefore, it is possible to choose the way the program is going to process the situation in table Assignment of options to situations (V_T5EU3).
You have implemented the following SAP Notes:
- 3110425 - FIE: Absence comparison improvements and fixes
- 3082939 - FIE: Comparison between file and infotype absences
Change the option of situation FIE: Change of contingency (FIECC), in table Assignment of options to situations (V_T5EU3), according to your needs. The possible options are:
Option 00: Consider collition
By choosing this option, you define that the system displays the new absence in the difference node. That is, the system understands that there is new information in the file for the same original absence period, but with different information about the absence.
Therefore, the system presents the information collision so that you can do something about the absence.
Option 01: Blocks the original entry
By choosing this option, you specify that the system has to block the entry of the original absence and create a new one that contains the current absence.
Note
The blocked data are not used for calculating the payroll, but the system keeps the information stored for display and history records purpose.
Option 02: Deletes the original entry
By choosing this option, you specify that the system has to completely delete the entry of the original absence and create a new one that contains the current absence.
Note
No record is kept in the data or deletion date log. Once the original absence is deleted, it is not possible anymore to recover it or to display its information.
