You run report FIE message (RPU_PADES_FIE) for an employee with absence, but it got certificate cancelled by the Social Insurance, therefore needing to cancel the entry of the absence or update it in the system.

Choose the way the program is going to process the situation in table Assignment of options to situations (V_T5EU3).

You have implemented the following SAP Notes:

  • 3110425 - FIE: Absence comparison improvements and fixes
  • 3082939 - FIE: Comparison between file and infotype absences

Change the option of situation FIE: Cancelled certificate (FIEPA), in table Assignment of options to situations (V_T5EU3), according to your needs. The possible options are:

Option 00: Consider collision

By choosing this option you specify that the system keeps the absence entered information. That is, the system understands that there is new information in the file for the same original absence period.

Therefore, the system accepts it as a collision that has to be treated manually by the user.

Option 01: Blocks the entry

By choosing this option you specify that the system blocks the entry of the original absence in the file.

Note

The unused data are not used for calculating the payroll, but the system keeps the information stored for display and history records purpose.

Option 02: Deletes the entry

By choosing this option you specify that the system completely deletes the entry of the original absence information.

Note

No record is kept in the data or deletion date log. Once the original absence is deleted, it is no longer possible to recover or display it.
