PAY_ES_IRPF04 - Apply settlement basis reduction for pensioners

When you determine the Income Tax (IRPF) type for pensioners (in infotype Tax Data (0062), field Recipient key with value B), you can choose to apply or not the reduction of the settlement basis allowed by the Tax Office in the calculation.

In this Customizing activity, you can choose if the system applies or not said basis reduction.

Change the option of situation Application of reduction of settlement basis for pensioners(IORPE) according to your needs.

• 0: Apply reduction

• 1: Do not apply reduction

Choose the appropriate option for your company. If no option is set, the system will use option 0, which is the SAP standard.
