PAY_ES_RELAP01 - Insert relevant fields to apply

In this Customizing activity you establish the relationships between parts of reports of the Spanish payroll and parts of the system for different uses.

SAP defines applications and partial applications for different uses in the Spanish payroll functions. Then, you can link them to infotype and cluster tables fields in order to define the said uses in your system according to the needs and interpretation of your company.

In the standard system you find setting models in view Relevant fields by application (V_T77PAYES_RELAP).

SAP recommends that you do not change or delete the following standard setting:

1. Enter the application and the partial application for the report that you wish. These are the available options:

• CRET application, CRET partial application: used in the SDL bases file

• CRET application, CREA partial application: used in the artists special regime in SLD

1. Select the data source, the cluster table name or the infotype number, and the cluster table or infotype field.
2. Define the validity dates and save your entries.
