PAY_ES_SEGS19 - Control authorization to read payroll results

There are situations in which the access to the payroll results of an employee should be subject to a more precise authorization control than in the standard case. For example, when an employee has changed company within the same client and you do not want to authorize the access to his payroll results in the previous company. In these cases, it is possible to link this authorization to the data access authorization of infotype Basic pay(0008).

In this Customizing activity, you choose how the system has to establish the authorization control. Take into account that the authorization control is possible only for report Contribution models for Social Insurance(RPCTC0E0).

Change the option of Authorization control to read payroll results (UCOAU) according to your needs.

• Option 0: Standard control

In this option, the standard control is used.

• Option 1: Control via authoriz. to IT 0008

In this option, the access to the payroll results is controlled through the access authorization to infotype 0008.

Choose the corresponding option. If no option is set, the system will use option 0, which is the SAP standard.
