There are different cases and interpretation on how to carry out said adjustment. In this Customizing activity, you can choose the criterion that the system has to adopt to adjust a bracket to 30 days.

Change the option of situation SLD days adjustment criterion(SDADJ) according to your needs. The possible options are:

Option 0: All the CACs in Social Insurance contribution template.

Option 0 works like the behavior previous to the Direct Payment System (SLD), and it is specified for all the companies in which all the CACs are included in the Social Insurance contribution templates. In this option, brackets are adjusted to 30 days according to their settings in the following Customizing activities:

  • Checking adjustment variable for contribution days: payroll constant Config. Contrib. days: TI (CC3BC) defines if the adjustment to 30 days has an effect on the worked days or the days of temporary incapacity (TI). And payroll constant Config. Contrib. days: Strike (CC3CH) defines if the adjustment to 30 days affects the worked days or the days of strike.
  • Create ERE calendars: in field ERE day type, the following values define the days that are added or delete in the adjustment of days:
  • Double ERE day for adjustment of equivalent days (2)

  • ERE additional day for adjustment of equivalent days (Y)

  • ERE calendar day deleted to adjust equivalent days (Z)

Option 1: Transition of contribution template to SLD

Option 1 is specified for companies in which part of the CACs are included in SLD and part of the CACs are included in the Social Insurance contribution templates. This option works in transition periods between TC templates and SLD. In this option, the system finds out Customizing activity Time-dependent CAC features and adopts the criteria described below for each CAC.

  • If field CAC in SLD is not selected, the system adjusts the bracket according to the behavior in option 0.
  • If field CAC in SLD is selected, the system adjusts the bracket according to the behavior in option 2.

Option 2: All the CACs in SLD

Option 02 uses the legal criterion defined by the Social Insurance for SLD and it is specified for companies in which all the CACs are included in SLD. The system does not take into account the parameterizations described neither for option 0 nor for option 1 if field CAC in SLD is not selected. So, the system adopts the criteria defined by the Social Insurance for SLD and which are described below.

  • The brackets are adjusted to 30 days when:
  • The month has 28, 29 or 31 days.

  • The employee appears as registered during the entire period, although there are brackets in total strike situation.

  • The employee appears in all the brackets with monthly contribution group (1 to 7).

  • The employee appears in all the brackets with daily contribution group with monthly indicator (payroll constant Monthly basis for daily group (COT30) has value 1 or 2). If in your company there is a difference between these employees and the daily employees, it means that you have set view Contribution bases with inverse contribution group (V_5ES1_B).

  • The last valid bracket is adjusted according to the following criteria and in this sequence:
  • Bracket with temporary disability situation, childbirth leave for the biological mother and for the other parent, risks during pregnancy o breastfeeding, or employment regulation file (ERE).

  • Bracket with worked days.

  • Bracket with other types of absences.

  • In those cases where there are brackets considered as valid for full-time and part-time, brackets are adjusted to full-time.
  • Those brackets in strike situation are not adjusted.

NOTE

The adjustment of days does not apply to the employees of the special category of artists because they contribute on a daily basis. To enter the contribution of artist to the Social Insurance, make sure that the SDADJ situation contains option 1 Transition contrib. form to SLD or 2 All CACs in SLD.
