PAY_ES_SEGS22 - Define IT and IMS inclusion in employee contribution

When the declaration type is used to pay only the employee contribution (payment type 01), the non-delayable installments for temporary incapacity (IT) and disability, death and survival (IMS) to be paid by the company are also included, as they are non-delayables. These installments correspond to the CA31 and CA32 segments of the FAN file. In the public sector it can be delayed, and they are included afterwards when the employer contribution is paid.

Nevertheless, in some cases, it is necessary to inform only one installment, without the non-delayable installments.

In this Customizing activity, you specify if the IT and IMS instalments are included in the employee contribution generation.

Change the option of situation Incl. IT and IMS in en employee contribution (SCOIT) according to your needs. The possible options are:

• Option 00: Include It and IMS in employee contribution

The non-deferrable contributions are included in the employee contribution.

• Option 01: Do not include IT nor IMS in EE contribution

The non-deferrable contributions are included in the employer contribution.
