In this Customizing activity you choose the period from which you import the daily regulatory base (BRD) in the cases of relapse with chained absences.

Change the option of situation Det. Daily RB, relapse (SBRRE) according to your needs. The following options are possible:

  • Option 00: RB previous month to original abs.
In this option, the BRD in cases of relapse is taken from the month previous to the original illness.
  • Option 01: RB previous month Current abs.
In this option, the BRD in cases of relapse is taken from the month immediately preceding the period of illness or most recent sick leave.
NOTE
If you change this situation for a date previous to the last payroll result in your system, retroactive differences could appear for the employees with absences that are relevant for the contribution calculations and that have relapses. Relapses are specified in infotype Absences (2001), in fields Indicator for derived illness and Indicator for multiple illnesses.
