In this Customizing activity you can change the way the system processes employees with no error message in the Social Insurance response files.

The status handler for the SLD application can process all the employees that do not have error messages in their response files. When you run report SLD: file processing (PC00_M04_CRETA_FILES) and select Save employees with and without errors, the report processes the employees with errors, but also the entries in infotype Status handler (3393) with a status associated to the event No message in response file (009) for the employees that do not have any error messages. Therefore, infotype 3393 finds out if the most recent status of the employee for the same month is saved in this Customizing activity.

Enter a status in view variant SLD: Changing processing of employees without messages (VV_T799BAT_ES_REOK) if

  • You have created a status that has to precede event 009.
  • For your company, apart from status 003 and 004, there is a standard status that has to precede event 009.

In the standard system, the statuses that precede event 009 are the following:

  • Generated ordinary payment (003)
  • Generated additional payment (004)

In column Fix value, enter the status number that has to precede event 009. Define the validuty dates. Save your entries.

  1. You have run report SLD: file processing and select Save employees with and without errors.
  2. Employee John Smith has error messages in his response file.
The system creates an entry in infotype 3393 for John with status Messages in response file (008).
  1. Employee Christine Foster has no error messages in the response file.
The system finds out that her most recent status in infotype 3393 is Errors in response file (008), that is not parameterized in this Customizing activity. Thus, the system does not create an entry in infotype 3393 for Christine.
  1. Employee Michael Varley has no error messages in his response file.
The system finds out that his most recent status in infotype 3393 is Generated additional payment (004), that is parameterized in this Customizing activity. The system creates an entry in infotype 3393 for Michael with status No messages in response file (009).
  1. Employee Teresa Richardson has no error messages in the response file.
The system finds out that her most recent status in infotype 3393 is Generated ordinary payment (003), that is parameterized in this Customizing activity. The system creates an entry in infotype 3393 for Teresa with status No messages in response file (009).
