PAY_ES_SPEE01 - Define national occupations of workers

In this Customizing activity you define the workers’ national occupations for contracts starting o terminated from January 1st, 2011.

The worker's employment code is needed to complete the data under SEPE in infotype Contract elements (0016).

1. In Define class attributes, carry out the following activities:

• In field HCM Localization, enter value 04.

• In folder Specify HR attributes, select a class (for example: CL_CDCNO_ATT_SAP).

• In folder Specify HR attribute classes,create a new entry with the following values:

HR attribute	HR attribute description
AT_CDCNO_ATT_CUS	Attributes of occupational codes

• Save your entries.

1. In Create and define attribute groups, carry out the following activities:

• In field HCM Localization, enter value 04.

• In folder Specify HR attribute groups, create a new entry with the following values:

HR attribute group	Description	HR attribute	Description	Adjustable value
GR_CDCNO_ELSE	CDCNO Reorg 2011 else	CL_CDCNO_ATT_SAP	Classes of occupational codes	*

• Save your entries.

• Select the newly created group.

• In folder Specify HR attribute values, create a new entry with the following values:

HR attribute	Description	Valid from date	Valid to date	Adjustable value
AT_CDCNO_ATT_CUS	Attributes of occupational codes	01/01/2011	12/31/9999	CDCNO_ELSE_2011

• Save your entries.
