PAY_FI_VACSTAT_0001 - Maintain Employee Grouping for Vacation Statement

In this IMG activity, you maintain the Grouping for Vacation statement feature (FIVAC).

Based on the return value of this feature the system determines the Employee Group Subgroup Grouping for generating vacation statement.

The feature uses Fields used to decide the grouping for vacation statementstructure (VACST) to return the value.

In the standard system, the following fields are available for customizing:

• Employee Group

• Employee Subgroup

• Checkbox for Part-Time Employee

However if required, you can also customize the following fields:

• Personnel Area

• Personnel Subarea

• Company Code

• Payroll Area

• Pay scale type

• Pay Scale Area

• Pay Scale Group

• Pay Scale Level

• Additional indicator for time management

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time
