PAY_FR_EDI_CIVILIT_P - Form of address: presentation

In this Customizing section, you enter the forms of address as defined by the authorities. You must then mark these codes to obtain the individual data (infotype 0002) of employees and the data of the parties concerned for the electronic data interchange statement.

1. Enter the forms of address required for your statement/declaration by EDI.

2. Map the forms of address supplied by the authorities to the details of the employee stored in the Addresses infotype (0002).

3. Map the forms of address to the addresses defined in the table (T536C/ADRC) to obtain the required information on the parties concerned.
