In this step you assign administrators to the relevant administrator groups.

As in the above step, Determine Administrator Groups.

You have already carried out the previous step.

The standard SAP System contains a number of sample administrators that might not reflect the actual situation in your company.

Use the functions described in the step above.

  1. Delete all unnecessary entries.
  2. Add your administrators to each administrator group.
    1. The Group field refers to the return value for the feature that you edited in the step above.
    2. Establish a three-digit identification code for your administrators.
    3. Determine the names, forms of address, telephone numbers, and user IDs (MAIL system) for your administrators.
Note: If you have activated the ADMIN ADLNG switch in table T77S0 (system table), the Name of Administrator (long) column is also available. The administrator's name can be up to 40 characters long. If you have defined a long name, the system uses it instead of the short name. For more information about this, see SAP Note 2170625.

If the return value of the feature that you edited in the above step is "****", then the personnel area is used as the administrator group.
