This Customizing activity allows you to search for and identify the contact person for a given role/workplace. All contact persons are defined by their assignment to a personnel area/subarea.

The roles delivered as standard are:

  • for the MMP and ASI applications
  • ASMAFR Sender

  • ASMAEV Header sender

  • ASMAIT Contact person

  • for the ATT application
  • ASMAEV Header sender

  • ASMAFR Sender

  • ASMAIT Company doctor

  • for the DAT application
  • DATEME Statement sender

  • DATREC Statement recipient

  • DATENV Header sender

Assign the roles to the personnel areas and subareas according to your statement/declaration.
