With this Customizing activity you can configure an inactivity or special situations period in accordance with the following criteria :

• A personnel action: You must associate a reason in Inactivity Period Reason Indicator (from the DAQ IACP section)with the action in view V_T5F30_B.
  The start and end dates are determined according to the validity of the action in the Actions (0000) infotype.

• A challenge: The aforementioned mechanism also applies to view V_5f41_A.

• An absence: This Sectionenables you to qualify an absence as a period of inactivity/special situation in view V_T5FDA1.

The start and end dates are determined according to the validity of the action in the Actions (0000) infotype.

Determine the reason codes for the start of the period
