This Customizing activity allows you to define the lock reasons as defined in legislation, i.e. the profit sharing payment reasons.
In fact, once the profit sharing has been assigned, the employee can lock it for five years. To ensure profit sharing payment, you must enter the corresponding lock reason.
Enter the codes and descriptions of the lock reasons required in your company.
