PAY_GB_LGPS4 - Maintain Wage Types for Pensionable Payments

In this Customizing activity, you define the wage types that make up Pensionable Pay.

To do this, you edit the Wage Type Group table (T52D7) that you have specified as the Pensionable Pay Wage Type Group for this Pension Scheme (T5GPBSP_PSCH-LGPW1).

You have already set up your Wage Type Groups used by this pension scheme (i.e. LGP1 etc) and have specified that Wage Type Group as the Pensionable Pay Wage Type Group for this Pension Scheme (T5GPBSP_PSCH-LGPW1).

The relevant Pensionable Pay Payments are only read from the Basic Pay infotype (0008) or Recurring Payments infotype (0014). (N.B. If the the Basic Pay infotype (0008) data has been "overriden" by the Wage Maintenance infotype (0052) then that will be applied.)

However, the amounts do not have to be indirectly evaluated (i.e. If the amount field is zero in master data, then payroll function GBTMD will automatically try to read the amount from the relevant wage type in RT).

In the standard system, the Wage Type Group table (T52D7) that you are defining is delivered as "empty", meaning that all customers will need to enter the values they need.

Execute this Customizing activity and define the wage types that make up Pensionable Pay.
