PAY_GR_EMPLOYERADDRE - Maintain Employer Addresses

In this customizing activity, you make settings for the employer addresses. These addresses are required when employers start the reporting to the Greek authorities such as IKA and tax authorities.

You must define the following:

• Company Codes: Each insurance fund has its own registration number. The company registration number is assigned to a company code. If required, you can refine the assignment depending on the type of insurance of the employee.

• Company Elements: you must enter the details for your company IKA registration numbers, the IKA offices, the AFM and the DOY according to your entered company code.

• Type of Information: you group your subscribers/type of persons required for reporting purposes

• Company subscribers: you enter the details of your subscribers such as HR managers, technicians, etc according to the personnel area and sub-area they belong to.
