PAY_GR_SUBSTITUTIOND - Import Substitution Data

In this Customizing activity you determine whether work center substitutions which involve a different rate of payment should be taken into account in daily processing.

An employee has a work center substitution with alternative payment to the one of his normal work center.
An ALP split indicator is set for all imported time pairs during the substitution period. This is done in personnel calculation schema GRTC using function A2003.

Function A2003 is active.

1. Decide whether work center substitutions which involve an alternative rate of payment will be carried out in your company.
2. If not, deactivate function A2003 in personnel calculation schema GRTC.

If an ALP split already exists for a time pair, an error message is issued and the evaluation is interrupted for the employee in question.
