In this Customizing activity, you set up the transfer of wage types from the previous payroll.

This is controlled by processing class 06 (import wage types from old payroll account to LRT).

The wage types are copied to personnel calculation rule GR06.

  1. Flag a wage type and choose Details
  2. If necessary, enter a new validity period
  3. Define the specifications for processing class 06
  4. If necessary, copy standard personnel calculation rule GR06 and rename it calculation rule Z006
  5. In personnel calculation schema GRLR, change the calculation rules accessed from GR06 to Z006.
