PAY_IN_217_100 - Maintain Minimum Salary of Employees for 217 (2A) Printing

In this activity, you must maintain the Annual Salary for Sec 217 (2A) Constant (SC217) and Monthly limit for Form 217 (2A) Constant (FM217) of the table view Payroll Constants (V_T511P).

In Form 217 (2A), salary details of an employee is printed if:

• During the reporting period, the salary of an employee (who was employed for the complete duration of the reporting period) exceeds the amount maintained in the Annual Salary for Sec 217 (2A) Constant (SC217).

• If the salary of an employee (who was employed for any part of duration of reporting period) exceeds the amount maintained in the Monthly limit for Form 217 (2A) Constant (FM217) for one or more period during the reporting period.

The amounts maintained in these constants are statutory. You must change the value of these constants only in case of a legal change.

1. Enter the Start Date.
2. Enter the End Date.
3. Enter the Value.
4. Save the entries.
