PAY_IN_EPF_975 - Define Message Type for Display in PF Calculation

In this IMG activity, you can configure the Msg. Type for Excess PF & VPF constant (EPFEW).

This constant stores the type of message system displays when the sum of Provident Fund (PF) and Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF) contributions exceed the EPF Basis amount.

Based on your selection, the system displays either a warning message or an error message.

The constant can be either of the following values:

• 0 - System displays a warning message. Payroll processing for the employee continues.

• 1 - System displays an error message. Payroll processing for the employee stops.

By default, the value of this constant is set to 0.
