In this IMG activity, you assign a Region (State) for a combination of Universal Contribution Type and Universal Contribution Grouping.

Other Statutory and Non-Statutory Deductions payroll function (INUCD) reads this table view to determine the state for the Universal Type and the Universal Grouping.

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the Universal Type.
  3. Enter the Universal Grouping.
  4. Enter a text for Universal Grouping.
  5. Enter a code for the Region.
  6. Enter the validity dates.
  7. Save your entries.

For the Universal Type LWF and the Universal Grouping 01, you can assign the Region as 01 corresponding to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
