PAY_IN_SEC_801 - Define Subsections

In this activity, you define subsections by associating them with a legal description.

To define a subsection, say 06 for medical insurance, associate 80D which is the legal description for Medical insurance premium. Thereafter subsection 06 will always represent premiums for medical insurance.

Associate technical or legal descriptions as validated by the Income Tax Act only.

1. Enter an numeric value for the subsection name in the Sub. sec field.
2. Enter the technical or legal name in the Tech. description field.
3. Describe the subsection in brief in the SubSec.Descp field.
4. Save your entries.
