PAY_IN_TER_200 - Create reasons for Personnel Actions

You probably defined personnel actions in the previous step.

In this step, you can determine the reasons for actions.

You want to be able to evaluate which employees left because they were dissatisfied, in order to be able to increase the satisfaction of your employees.

You have already defined your personnel actions.

The standard SAP System contains some examples of reasons for actions.

Use the afore-mentioned evaluation options.

1. Check the SAP sample entries.
2. Delete entries that are not required.
3. If necessary, create your own entries according to your requirements.
1. Determine the number of the reason for each personnel action.
2. Give this reason a name.
