PAY_IT_CU20151 - Define CU sections (user input - printing methods)

In this step of the Implementation Guide the CU sections are determined for management (user input) and for printing methods.
The table is delivered by SAP
Check if the table contains data belonging to the CU sections.
Check the presence of following sections for the year 2016:
- 1: Additional data for printing
- 9: Withholding agent's data
- A: Part A - General Data
- B: Part B - Tax Data
- C: Part C - Social Security Data
- G: Variables for notes (wage types)
- N: Notes
- V: Variables for notes
