PAY_KSA_ADV002 - Set Up Off-Cycle Reasons

In this Customizing activity, you can set up the off-cycle payroll reasons for calculating the advance leave payments.
To enable the system to calculate the advance payment for the paid leaves, you have already set up the absence valuation in Customizing for Payroll Saudi Arabia, under Off-Cycle Activities -> Advance Leave Payment -> Set Up Absence Valuation for Off-Cycle Activities.
We offer the following standard off-cycle payroll reasons for calculating the advance leave payments:
- 0801 – Advance Leave Payment without Working Days
- 0802 – Advance Leave Payment with Working Days
You can define new off-cycle payroll reasons for the same purpose. You must assign the off-cycle category 21or 22 to the new reasons.
