In this customizing activity, you use feature 24EOS to determine how EOS behaves when different termination action reasons are specified.

The return values that are used in end of service rules for different activities are as follows:

• DIS – Dismissal

• RES – Resignation

• OTH – Others

• RET -- Retirement

• NOP -- No payout

• Any customer-specific return value.
