In this customizing activity, you define how actions and absences affect the calculation of pension service duration. For example, you can specify whether time spent on a particular personnel action, such as mandate, should be added or deducted from an employee's service duration for pension calculation purposes. Absences can be similarly configured.
When you execute the activity, specify the country/region grouping (24) and, in the Functionality field, enter PEN.
