PAY_KSA_OHAXAB_BADI - BAdI: Leave's Impact on EOS Period

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Saudi Arabia(PY-SA) component. You can use this BAdI to change the impact of certain absence types on calculation of the end-of-service (EOS) period.

In the standard solution, the periods in which employees take leave using the unpaid leave (absence type 0500) will be deducted from the accumulation of service period, which is the base for EOS payment calculation when an employee retires. With this BAdI, you can use the method CALC_ESBto adjust the number of days exempted from EOS calculation, and therefore to affect the final EOS payment amount.
