PAY_KSA_OH_001 - Define Compensation Settings for Occupational Hazard

In this section, you define how the system calculates an employee's entitled compensation for occupational hazard. The system uses compensation models to categorize different methods of compensation calculation. A compensation model consists of the following elements:

• Nationality

• Applicable age groups of employees

• Applicable injury degrees

• Payment method

• If additional allowances are included

Before you create or modify compensation models, you must define elements that are used in the models: age groups, disability degrees, and additional allowances. To define these elements, proceed as follows:

1. Define age groups
2. Define permanent disability groups
3. Define additional allowances
4. Specify amount of additional allowances

With the above-mentioned settings completed, you can define compensation models by assigning these elements to the models you create.
