PAY_KSA_SANIT - (Obsolete) Maintain Personnel Types for Nitaqat

In this Customizing activity, you use feature SANIT to distinguish different types of personnel for Nitaqat purposes. For example, you can use the feature to distinguish certain types of employees such as disabled people, students, ex-convicts, or long distance working women, from regular employees. Each of these personnel types has a different weighting when the percentage of local employees is calculated by the Saudization - Nitaqat Program report.
