PAY_KSA_V_T5R05 - Define ID Types

In this Customizing activity, you set up the types of Identity Cards that an employee may possess. You also specify if the assignment of a certain ID type to an employee in infotype Personal IDs (0185) is to initiate the request for additional information, such as whether the employee possesses a work permit.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter a two digit alphanumerical key for the ID type.
3. Enter a short description.
4. Select field Add. Info if additional information on the employee's residence status is to be requested when creating a data set in infotype 0185.
5. Select field WP if additional information on the employee's possession of a work permit is to be requested when creating a data set in infotype 0185.
6. Save your entries.
