In this Customizing activity, you assign the sponsor ID to the company code.

In Saudi Arabia, each business entity that sponsors an expatriate must get a sponsor ID from the government. You assign this sponsor ID to the company code of the business entity.

In a given time frame, a sponsor ID can be assigned to only one company code. If you want to assign multiple sponsor IDs to a company code, complete the customizing settings in the Assign Multiple Sponsor IDs to Company Code activity.

You have defined the sponsor ID in the Define Sponsor Data Customizing activity.

You enter the company code and the sponsor ID that you want to assign to it and define the period for which this assignment is valid.
