PAY_KSA_WPS - Define Employer WPS Specifications

In this Customizing activity, you define the wage protection system (WPS) specifications by linking employer unique IDs with the company codes. The WPS is a government policy wherein employers disclose employee and salary information to the Saudi Ministry of Labor (MOL). This disclosure ensures that employees are paid according to statutory requirements. The employer unique ID, which is assigned by the MOL, identifies an employer to the MOL.

To complete this activity, execute transaction OBY6 and follow these steps:

1. Select the relevant company code.
2. Choose the Detailsicon.
3. Choose the Additional Data pushbutton.
4. In the Commercial registration numberfield, enter the commercial number ID for the employer.
5. In the Establishment ID(MOL) field, enter the employer ID for the (Ministry of Labor (MOL).
