PAY_KW_BE_002 - Determine Compensation Areas

In this Customizing activity, you use the Compensation Area(QA) feature CARQA to group employees in various compensation areas.

For employees with nationality Kuwait, the standard compensation KW is created already. You may keep using it or create one in accordance to criteria in your company.

This is a common setting for both country version Qatar and Kuwait. To make the setting, go to Determine Compensation Areas in Customizing for Payroll Kuwait, under Benefits -> Benefits Entitlement -> Determine Compensation Areas.
