PAY_KW_BE_004 - Define Compensation Groups

In this step, you define the compensation groups.
In the follow-up activity Determine Eligible Salary Components in Compensation Groups, you assign a list of salary components that can be entitled to employees belonging to a particular compensation group.
- Determine which compensation groups you require in your organization and then determine which components should be available to which group of employees.
- Create your compensation groups by choosing the New Entriesoption.
Examples of compensation groups are:
- EXEC = Managerial
- ADMIN = Administrative staff
- LABOR = Manual workers
- STND = Generic group
- Save your entries
