PAY_KW_BE_005 - Determine Compensation Groups

In this Customizing activity, you use the Compensation Group(QA) feature CMGRQ to determine compensation groups in your company. By default, for Kuwait, the STND compensation group is created for use. You may create your own in accordance to criteria in your company.

This is a common setting for both country version Qatar and Kuwait. To make the setting, go to Determine Compensation Groups, in Customizing for Kuwait, under Benefits -> Benefits Entitlement -> Determine Compensation Groups.
