PAY_KW_BE_006 - Determine Eligible Salary Components in Compensation Groups

In this Customizing activity, you assign the salary components in compensation groups, and determine how each salary component is paid.

You can restrict the range of the payment amount by setting the upper or lower limit. You can determine how many times a salary component can be paid in a period of time. You can apply a common eligibility checking rule to restrict the availability of the salary component.

In the Customizing activity Determine Compensation Groups, you have associated the compensation groups with employees. By doing so, you determine the eligible salary components for employees.

This is a common Customizing activity for both Qatar and Kuwait country versions. To access the maintenance object, you choose the following link: Determine Eligible Salary Components in Compensation Groups.

To start Customizing setting, fill out the compensation areas and compensation groups that are defined for Kuwait. We provide a standard compensation area KW, and the standard compensation group STNDfor your reference.
