PAY_KW_EOS_002 - Group Termination Actions for EOS Calculation

In this Customizing activity, you use the feature KWEOS to group the existing personnel actions into various leaving reasons that directly affect the calculation of the end-of-service payment. By making the settings, when an employee leaves the company, the system performs different calculation process as per different leaving reasons.

We provide the following standard leaving reasons:

• RES

• DIS

You can use a string of 3 letters as the return value.

If you define a new return value, you must define corresponding calculation process for the new reason in the personnel calculation rule KW22. You can do so by the Customizing activity Define EOS Payment Calculation for New Leaving Reasons.
